What is hydrosol? Hydrosol, also known as floral water, is the byproduct of distilling essential oils.
How do you use it? Simply spray a light mist once on your pillow and once on the underside of your sheets or blankets to help lull you to sleep. Some customers spray it on a cozy blanket while unwinding on the sofa, give their jacket a light spritz, or use it in their office, car, or during reiki and meditation.
